Meet Katie

Hello! I am Katie…the owner, sole baker, delivery girl and lady behind all the magic that is Pine Cone Bakery!

I love art and dessert. Growing up as a ballet dancer, playing violin in high school and ultimately studying musical theater in college, I have always had a deep appreciation for the arts. Baking had always sparked my interest but I never had time to pursue it. After our second son was born, I set my sights on becoming a better baker. Little did I know, that I would fall head over heels with the process of creating something so scrumptious and unique. In 2017, I began Pine Cone Bakery and started working as a part time baker. Before long, orders were piling up and requests were coming in. In the spring of 2019, I made the leap of faith to quit my job and pursue this baking business full time. I’m having the time of my life and I’ve never looked back.
